Homemade Easy Gelato (ice Cream)
  1. Whip the cream and vanilla until perfectly whipped, but do not over whip.

  2. Add the condensed milk and whip for another couple of minutes.

  3. Add any desired extras like cocoa, fruit, or caramel.

  4. Place the mixture in a freezer safe dish and cover with cling film.

  5. Freeze for 4 hours.

  6. Make a smoky salted caramel sauce by melting the sugar, then adding the butter, cream, and smoky salt.

  7. Boil for 1 minute, then let cool completely.

  8. Remove the ice cream from the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving to soften it.

  9. Serve the ice cream with the smoky salted caramel sauce.
