  1. To make turmeric rice, sauté garlic & onion, add turmeric, rice, and chicken stock. Cook until fluffy.

  2. Mix the beef with cumin, yogurt, tallow/butter, paprika, pepper, and salt.

  3. Roll thin between parchment, remove the top sheet, roll into a log, and bake at 180°C for 7–8 mins. Tear the meat.

  4. Make salad with onion, tomato, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, and sumac.

  5. Make garlic sauce with yogurt, mayo, raw and roasted garlic, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil.

  6. Assemble your bowl with turmeric rice, beef shawarma, salad, garlic sauce, cabbage, and cucumber. Enjoy!
