Marinate chicken in spices and neutral oil for 1 hour
Cook chicken in more neutral oil until browned on both sides and cooked through, set aside
Add onions and butter, cook until beginning to brown
Add garlic and cook 2 minutes
Add tomato paste, cook for 3 minutes
Add flour and stir in
Add wine, stir until thickened
Add chicken stock and whisk in, add thyme, oregano, smoked paprika, dry basil, chili flakes, whisk in
Simmer for 5 minutes
Add cream, sundried tomatoes, and mustard, whisk
Simmer for 10 minutes
Cut chicken into desired size pieces
Cook pasta
Add pasta and chicken to sauce, stir in, season to taste
Add basil and stir right before serving. Garnish with more basil and Parmesan.
