Pop your pasta onto boil as per packet instructions. Once done, reserve a mug of pasta water before draining and setting aside.
Slice up your tomatoes, pepper and red onion before frying in some olive oil until soft.
Add minced garlic and cook for a further 2 minutes before adding in tomato paste, harissa paste, smoked paprika, dried parsley and salt & pepper.
Mix thoroughly before adding your cubed halloumi into the mix and cooking for a further few minutes before combining.
Drizzle in your honey and mix well before stirring through soft/cream cheese and a little pasta water.
Add cooked pasta and pasta water as needed to create the desired consistency. Top with finely grated cheddar.
Make garlic flatbreads by brushing olive oil, minced garlic and dried parsley before popping into the airfryer for 5 minutes.
Serve up and enjoy.
