Preheat Blackstone to medium and add the oil or bacon grease.
Add the frozen burgers to the Blackstone griddle. Cover the burgers with a dome or if you have a lid on your Blackstone, place it down.
Cook for 6-7 minutes until the burgers are thawed.
Remove the dome. Sprinkle with Montreal seasoning.
Flip the burgers over and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
Flip again and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the burgers reach an internal temperature of at least 160F. Add the cheese
Remove from Blackstone and top with your favorite burger toppings
