Frozen Burgers On A Blackstone
  1. Preheat Blackstone to medium and add the oil or bacon grease.

  2. Add the frozen burgers to the Blackstone griddle. Cover the burgers with a dome or if you have a lid on your Blackstone, place it down.

  3. Cook for 6-7 minutes until the burgers are thawed.

  4. Remove the dome. Sprinkle with Montreal seasoning.

  5. Flip the burgers over and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.

  6. Flip again and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the burgers reach an internal temperature of at least 160F. Add the cheese

  7. Remove from Blackstone and top with your favorite burger toppings
