Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the coated chicken for a crispy finish.
Place chicken on prepared baking sheet or dish.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the top is golden brown.
Garnish with parsley and serve with roasted vegetables or a holiday salad.
