Chop parsley and mince garlic.
Peel and butterfly the shrimp.
Boil salted water and cook penne pasta until al dente.
Saute garlic in olive oil without browning.
Add shrimp, salt, and chili flakes to the pan and cook until toasted.
Add arrabbiata sauce to the pan.
Simmer the sauce and add cooked penne pasta.
Toss everything together and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
