Scallion Garlic Tuna Burgers
  1. For the tuna burgers, add all of the ingredients to a large bowl. Mix till well combined then form into equal size patties. Place them in the fridge for at least an hour or up to 24 hours to firm up.

  2. While the tuna burgers are chillling, prepare the slaw and the sauce. You could store those both in the fridge as well.

  3. Once the tuna burgers are firm, get a large skillet going over medium heat and add in the butter. Let them cook for 3.5-4.5 minutes per side.

  4. Toast the buns, assemble your burgers & ENJOY!
