Meatballs:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all of the meatball ingredients. Using an ice cream scoop to make sure they're the same size, scoop and roll meatballs. Place onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until internal temp is 165 degrees.
When the meatballs are almost finished cooking, add all of the sauce ingredients into a sauté pan. Let the sauce get warm and start to thicken a little (should take about 1-2 minutes) and then add the meatballs to the sauce and stir around until coated.
To serve, on a bed of Jasmine Rice, and then top with the Sesame Meatballs, and roasted veggie of choice (my recipe for roasted broccoli is right below). Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
