Ooey-gooey Cinnamon Rolls
  1. Mix warm milk, yeast, and 1 tsp sugar. Let sit 5–10 min until foamy.

  2. Mix flour, salt, and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and yeast mixture. Knead in butter until smooth (8–10 min). Cover and rise 1–1½ hrs.

  3. Melt butter in a pan. Whisk in brown sugar, cinnamon, spices, and honey. Add cream, vanilla, and salt. Simmer 1–2 min until glossy. Pour into baking dish.

  4. Roll dough into a 12×18 rectangle. Spread filling (butter, brown sugar, cinnamon mix). Roll tight and slice into 12 rolls.

  5. Place rolls in dish over the caramel sauce. Drizzle a little heavy cream between rolls. Cover and rise 30–45 min.

  6. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 min until golden.

  7. Beat frosting ingredients until smooth and spread over warm rolls.
