Cook the pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes, then reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
Season the salmon and prawns with salt and black pepper, sear in a pan until cooked through, then set aside.
In the same pan, saute onion until soft, add garlic and chilli flakes, then pour in the cream, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Simmer the sauce until thickened, then add the cooked pasta, salmon, and prawns.
Finish with lemon zest and parsley, combine well and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with more parmesan and parsley.
