  1. Prepare the small shell pasta according to the package directions until it reaches an al dente texture.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and salt, adjusting with a little water if necessary to get the right consistency.

  3. In another bowl, season the lean ground beef with paprika, cumin, and salt, mixing well.

  4. Layer half of the yogurt mixture over the cooked pasta.

  5. Spread the seasoned ground beef mixture on top of the pasta and yogurt layer.

  6. Finish by adding the remaining yogurt sauce, and garnish with fresh parsley, mint, and any other leftover ingredients you may have.
