Creamy Sausage Pasta
  1. If making sausage, mix all the sausage ingredients well and let sit for at least 1 hour, but overnight is best.

  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  3. Add the anchovy filets and cook until they dissolve.

  4. Add the shallot and garlic and cook until fragrant.

  5. Add the radicchio and kale and cook until wilted.

  6. Add the red pepper flake and heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

  7. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat.

  8. Serve with plenty of Parmesan.
