Bang Bang Chicken Tenders
  1. Mix 400g 0% fat yogurt with 1 tbsp sriracha

  2. Combine 200g cornflakes with 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper

  3. Coat 800g chicken pieces in the yogurt mixture

  4. Dredge coated chicken in the cornflake mixture

  5. Cook chicken tenders until golden and cooked through

  6. Mix 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp sugar free ketchup, and 1 tsp garlic powder to make the bang bang sauce

  7. Toss cooked chicken tenders in the sauce and serve
