Mix 400g 0% fat yogurt with 1 tbsp sriracha
Combine 200g cornflakes with 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper
Coat 800g chicken pieces in the yogurt mixture
Dredge coated chicken in the cornflake mixture
Cook chicken tenders until golden and cooked through
Mix 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp sugar free ketchup, and 1 tsp garlic powder to make the bang bang sauce
Toss cooked chicken tenders in the sauce and serve
