Blueberry Ice-cream Recipe
  1. Start by peeling and slicing ripe bananas. Place the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until solid.

  2. Measure 2 parts of the pre-sliced frozen bananas and 1 part of frozen blueberries.

  3. Place the frozen bananas and blueberries into a high-speed blender. Pour in enough plant milk to cover the blades.

  4. Blend the mixture on high for a full 30 seconds.

  5. After blending, check the consistency of the ice-cream. Adjust with more plant milk or frozen fruits as needed.

  6. Scoop the ice-cream into bowls or cones and serve immediately.
