Coat a large skillet or Dutch oven with vegetable oil or cooking spray and preheat on HIGH. Add diced onion, tomato paste and minced garlic. Cook until onions soften, about 1 minute.
Add ground turkey and brown on all sides while breaking it into crumbles, salt and pepper to taste. About 5 minutes
Add cumin, chili and cayenne pepper and mix thoroughly.
Add black beans, corn, sweet potatos and broth. Cover and cook on MEDIUM LOW until sweet potatos are tender. Approximately 18-25 min.
Serve with toppings of your choosing, avocado slices, cheese, hot sauce etc
