Marinate the chicken for 30mins or more for better flavour
Cook the eggs on high heat and immediately start scrambling, this should take 3-4 mins max to get fluffy scrambled eggs
Cook the chicken on high heat and mix around to get a nice golden brown colour. Add the sauce on medium heat then let it thicken. Remove from heat with all of the sauce
When cooking the veg, make sure the carrots have softened
Checklist
STEP 1 - First slice the chicken breast into cubes then add soy sauce, all purpose seasoning and olie oil. Mix till well combined.
STEP 2 - Next in a bowl, prepare the teriyaki sauce by adding soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, corn flour/starch and water. Mix well and set aside.
STEP 3 - Get a pan on medium high heat, spray cooking spray or olive oil then cook the eggs and keep stirring till scrambled and set aside.
STEP 4 - In the same pan cook the chicken for 8 mins on high heat. Add the teriyaki sauce and let it thicken and set it aside.
STEP 5 - In the same pan add chopped onion, ginger, carrots, peas, bean sprouts and cook for 5-8 min before adding the cooked white rice, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well.
STEP 6 - Now add the teriyaki chicken, scrambled eggs, green onions into the rice mixture. Give it all a good mix. Garnish with sesam seeds and ENJOY!
