Ground Beef Gyro (Lagerstrom)
  1. Blend ingredients in food processor till smooth.

  2. Divide into 4 patties (~130g ea), shape flat and wide.

  3. Grill or roast at 550°F for 8–12 min to 145–150°F

  4. Rest 5 min. Slice ¼”, then in half.

  5. Serve on pita w/ tzatziki, tomato, pepperoncini, lettuce
