Combine marmalade, sauces, juice and garlic in a bowl.
Season pork with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook pork, turning, for 5 to 10 minutes or until browned.
Place half the sauce mixture in slow cooker. Add pork. Pour over remaining sauce mixture. Cover. Cook on LOW for 4 hours (or on HIGH for 2 hours). Turn pork. Cook on LOW for a further 4 hours (or HIGH for 2 hours) or until pork is tender.
Make Broad Bean Couscous Combine couscous and boiling water in a heatproof bowl. Cover. Set aside for 5 minutes. Fluff couscous with a fork to separate grains. Add beans, onion, herbs, oil, rind and juice. Season. Toss to combine. Spoon onto a large serving platter.
Carefully transfer pork to a chopping board. Cover to keep warm. Strain pan juices into a small saucepan. Bring liquid to the boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until sauce thickens. Transfer to a serving jug.
Slice pork. Arrange on serving platter. Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with lemon zest. Serve with lemon wedges.
