  1. Mix everything in a bowl to make a soft and smooth dough ball. It should NOT be sticky. Add more flour if it is

  2. Use your hands to shape the dough and use a knife to mark a criss-cross on top

  3. Air fry on air fry or bake mode on 180C for 10 mins (if using self raising or plain flour) or 15 mins (if using wholemeal flour) or oven bake for 20 mins
