Air Fryer Pork Ribs With Jeow Som Dipping Sauce
  1. Cut pork ribs/riblets in between the bones

  2. Marinate pork ribs with oyster sauce, brown sugar, mushroom seasoning, MSG, minced shallots, minced garlic, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes

  3. Cook marinated ribs in air fryer at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, removing smaller pieces as needed

  4. For jeow som sauce: mix fish sauce, lime juice, chili flakes, sugar, cilantro, scallion, minced garlic, water, and toasted rice powder; adjust to preference

  5. Serve ribs with rice, vegetables of choice, and jeow som dipping sauce
