Garlic-Butter Brussels Sprouts
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic; cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant but not browned, about 1 minute.

  3. Add Brussels sprouts, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper; cook, stirring often, until tender-crisp and still bright green, about 6 minutes.

  4. Stir in butter; remove from heat.

  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
