Place the coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle or spray with olive oil.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until the crust is golden and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
While the fish bakes, prepare the dill sauce by combining Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Serve the hot tilapia immediately with a generous dollop of the creamy dill sauce on top or on the side.
