Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease donut pan.
Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in another bowl, then combine with dry. Do not overmix.
Pipe batter into donut pan.
Bake 10–14 minutes until puffed and set.
Cool completely on wire rack.
Dip donuts in powdered sugar to coat evenly.
