Naan (Indian Bread)
  1. Add the all ingredients to a bowl at the same time, knead well and leave to rest for at least half an hour.

  2. Divide into pieces and rolled out with a rolling pin.

  3. Cook upside down on the stove. In a saucepan melt two spoons of butter , cook it over low heat with 3-4 crushed cloves of chopped garlic, add chopped parsley

  4. Apply on the naans.
