Pineapple Blender Salsa
  1. Using a blender or food processor, pulse together the onion, garlic and jalapeno into small pieces.

  2. Add in the remaining ingredients - tomatoes, pineapple, seasonings and cilantro.

  3. Pulse this mixture to your desired consistency.

  4. Eat fresh right away or refrigerate covered for up to 1 week.
