Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta
  1. Place a large pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with chicken seasoning and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden and mostly cooked through.

  2. Add the butter and garlic, stirring for 30 seconds until melted and fragrant.

  3. Pour in the chicken stock and cream, then stir in the dried parsley and chives. Bring to a gentle simmer.

  4. Add the fresh pasta straight into the sauce and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring often until the pasta is cooked and the sauce thickens and coats everything.

  5. Stir in the fresh parsley. Season to taste.

  6. Serve with extra parsley.
