In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer to mix the cream cheese until it is smooth. Add the garlic, sour cream, cheeses and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined. Place the chopped nuts on a plate. Form the cheese mixture into a ball, then roll the ball in the chopped pecans until the outside of the cheese ball is completely covered. ½ to 1 cup chopped walnuts
Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until serving.
