Egg Drop Soup
  1. In a large pot heat up bone broth and water.

  2. Season with turmeric, salt, pepper and chicken bullion.

  3. Bring to a simmer, whisk eggs and stir and our eggs in to create ribbons.

  4. Next stir in a cornstarch slurry.

  5. Drizzle with sesame oil.

  6. Cool for 20 minutes so the soup can thicken.
