Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef until browned.
Add onions, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook until softened.
Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add cooked noodles and toss everything together until well coated.
Simmer for 3–5 minutes so the flavors blend beautifully.
Garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving hot!
