Use a large, sharp knife to cut thin slices from a frozen block of brisket.
Slice the garlic and green onion into thin pieces and combine them in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the washed white rice with the sliced green onions and chopped brisket.
Add about a tablespoon of CJ Foods Korean barbecue marinade, a little dashi, and some water to the rice mixture.
Gently stir everything together and cook in a rice cooker until fully cooked.
Once done, scoop the rice into a serving bowl.
Separate the egg yolk from the white and place the yolk in the center of the rice.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the side and add fresh scallion greens on top.
Finish with a drizzle of sweet soy sauce.
