Soft Baked Almond Butter Banana Oat Bars
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips.

  3. Toss in the chocolate chips.

  4. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.

  5. Top off with extra chocolate chips (optional).

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to slightly cool. Slice and enjoy!
