Mix 110g self raising flour, 100g Greek yoghurt, 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 7g nutritional yeast together
If dough is too sticky, add flour gradually and mix slowly until you reach a workable consistency
Form the dough into a ball and place on a lightly floured surface or parchment paper
Gently roll out the dough as thin and large as possible using a lightly floured rolling pin
Spread 80g pizza sauce/marinara over the rolled dough
Layer 3 sliced light mozzarella cheese sticks on top
Sprinkle 75g low fat grated cheese over the sauce
Top with 30g thinly sliced mini pepperoni
Bake according to your oven's pizza instructions until crust is golden and cheese is melted
