Preheat oven to 425.
Potatoes in cast iron skillet. Mix broth through oregano, then pour into skillet.
Place bone-in chicken on top, season with salt, pepper, paprika. Drizzle with olive oil and massage into chicken skin. Put into oven.
Make a greek salad! Chop up tomatoes, herbs, olives, red onion, feta, cucumber. Add some olive oil and red wine vinegar to taste. Mix.
After 45 minutes, pull out your pan. Remove chicken, add green beans, then put chicken back on top and cook for additional 15 minutes.
Let cool, then plate up with your salad and drizzle that lemon garlic sauce on top! You could also reduce the sauce separately if you want to.
