Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into large cubes.
Put them in boiling salted water for 25 minutes.
In a sauté pan, melt the butter.
Finely slice the onion and sweat it until translucent.
Add the meat, season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and mash them with the milk and butter to form a puree.
In a gratin dish, spread the minced meat and cover with the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Bake the dish and let it brown for 20 minutes.
Serve it piping hot with a seasonal salad!
