Take a large onion and a lid.
Cut off the top of the onion and use the lid as in the video.
This lid trick will make your job really easy!
Let the onion rest for at least 2 hours, this will make the onion more digestible and soft.
Remove excess flour.
Add egg and milk mixture.
Sprinkle generously with breadcrumbs.
Try to get the breadcrumbs everywhere for a super crunchy result!
Remove excess breadcrumbs.
Spray the base with oil.
Spray some oil on the onion.
In the air fryer at 190 °C / 374 °F for 20 minutes.
