Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
Add mineral salt, chili powder, minced garlic, and cumin to the skillet with the beef. Stir well to combine.
In a saucepan, combine cream cheese, chicken broth, tomato sauce, chili powder, paprika, cumin, minced garlic, and onion. Cook over low heat until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and a little cheese. Roll them up and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
Pour the sauce over the burritos and top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
