Easy persimmon sorbet
  1. Freeze the very ripe persimmons

  2. When ready to enjou remove the frozen persimmons from the cooler.

  3. Run them trough cold water or bathe them until the skin can be easily peeled.

  4. Let the peeled persimmon defrost to your liking. Enjoy!

Very good way to store or save persimmons, to enjoy them all throughout the year.
