Chef Esther Choi's Leveled-up Instant Noodles
  1. Fry basil in oil along with vegetable and seasoning packets from instant noodles

  2. Add tomato sauce and let simmer

  3. Add water and bring to a boil

  4. Mix egg yolk with grated parmesan

  5. Boil noodles and scoop some soup into egg mixture to temper

  6. Mix in remaining egg white

  7. Add cheesy egg mixture to soup

  8. Finish with garlic, more cheese, butter, and olive oil
