Seasonal Jewish Herb And Vegetable Salad
  1. Peel kohlrabi and cut into matchsticks

  2. Cut apples into matchsticks

  3. Finely chop dill and parsley

  4. Thinly slice fennel and save fronds for garnish

  5. Thinly slice radishes

  6. Combine kohlrabi, apples, herbs, fennel and radishes in a large bowl and toss to combine

  7. In a separate bowl, add olive oil, date honey, lemon juice, sumac, toasted sesame seeds, salt and black pepper and mix well

  8. Pour dressing over the salad and mix well to combine

  9. Serve immediately
