Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and grease a 8x8 or 8x10 inch pan.
To the pan, add the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and flaxseed and stir.
Pour in the milk, applesauce, vanilla, and maple syrup and stir.
Make the crumble topping by pulsing the oats into a fine flour using a blender.
Add the remaining ingredients and pulse a few times until the butter is blended into small chunks.
Sprinkle the topping over the oats and bake for 26-30 minutes, until the center is set.
For the glaze, combine the ingredients together and pour over the baked oatmeal.
