Sweet Heat Gochujang Egg Roll Bowls
  1. Brown the meat in a pan until good and crispy, stir in a sht ton of coleslaw mix, and turn off the heat.

  2. Mix everything in a sauce pan on low heat, bring up to a light simmer for 5 minutes, add water to thin out to desired consistency

  3. Pour sauce over the meat/coleslaw, mix very well, garnish with green onions, pickles red onion, toasted sesame seeds, and serve!
