In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy and fluffy
Add the yogurt, eggs and milk and stir
Add vanilla and honey and stir again
Fold in baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour, and stir just until combined
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Prepare the crumb topping by cutting the cold butter into flour until crumbly
Add salt, cinnamon and stir, then set aside
In the morning, preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 baking dish
Spread the cold batter into the baking dish and sprinkle blueberries and topping over the batter
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set
