Roll out pie crust into a rectangle shape. I laid one on top of the other while cutting to get even rectangles. You can choose how big or small you'd like to make them. Beat egg for egg wash in a small bowl. Put a bit of jam on each one, line each side with your egg wash and place the other rectangle on top pressing the edges to seal them. Take a fork and press down around the edges and poke a couple holes in the top. Cover each top with egg wash and then bake at 400 degrees f for 12-15 min
Once cooled mix together icing sugar and water and spread on top of each pop tart
Roll pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into 10 even strips. You can line with pizza sauce like I did or choose to dip instead. Place pepperoni and cheese string in the middle and then fold the dough around the stick and pinch to seal it in. Melt butter and mix it with garlic seasoning (I added some parsley and Parmesean cheese) brush it on top of each stick. Bake in oven according to pizza dough instructions.
Add grated carrots to a large bowl, along with applesauce, eggs, oil, vanilla and brown sugar. Whisk together well. Add baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the bowl with the carrot mixture. Whisk together again to incorporate everything. Add the flour and rolled oats to the bowl. Stir until just combined. Do not over mix, as this can result in dense muffins. Spoon the batter into the 12 prepared muffin cups, filling about ¾ of the way. I did mini muffins so I baked for 10-15 min at 375 degrees F.
