Salt Potatoes
  1. Pour salt into a pot with the potatoes and enough water to cover

  2. Boil vigorously for 20 minutes

  3. Drain the potatoes in a colander, let them dry, then dump them back into the salt-crusted pot

  4. Individually dunked in butter and eaten as a finger food
