3 Ingredient Oat Bread Recipe
  1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl whisk together the oat flour, baking powder and salt. Mix in the yogurt; at first with a spatula and then with your hands. Dough will be very thick and sticky. That's you would want. Transfer to your loaf pan and spread it out evenly. Optional, Top with a few rolled oats and press them in. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

  3. Allow bread to set in the pan for 10 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
