Filet-o-fish Sandwich
  1. Dust fillets in flour and dip into beer batter. Fry for 2 minutes per side. Remove and season.

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and reserve for use.

  3. Toast buns and top with celeriac remoulade, crispy halibut and cheese. Crown with toasted brioche and serve with a smile.
