Add all ingredients to blender.
Use icecream scoop to put them in parchment lined sheet pan.
Wet your hands (this is key!! Otherwise it will just stick right to you!) and press down gently to make as flat and round as possible.
Top with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni.
At this point you can put the sheetpan in the freezer and then transfer them to a ziplock once fully frozen. or bake right when you make them.
Bake at 350 for 10 mins.
If heating from frozen bake 350 for 12-14 mins.
