Proof yeast in warm water with pinch of sugar (5-10 min until foamy)
Add warm milk, sugar, butter, egg, salt and flour
Knead 5-6 minutes until smooth
First rise: 1-1.5 hours covered in warm place
Roll dough into rectangle, cut into 12 pieces
Roll each piece up, place seam-side down on baking sheet
Second rise: 1-1.5 hours until doubled
Bake 375°F for 12-15 min
Brush with butter immediately
