In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Cream together softened butter and both sugars until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla, beat for 1 minute until light.
Mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop 2–3 tablespoons of dough per cookie and space evenly on baking sheets.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, until edges just turn golden.
Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring.
